I don’t think the dems will concede the election no matter how badly Biden loses. Trump could win all 50 states, plus DC and they would still refuse to admit defeat. They’ll respond with more rioting, more looting, more vandalism, and more arson. They also announce a blizzard of conspiracy theories as to why Biden wasn’t unanimously elected.
