The other problem with Wyoming is that they have open primaries. In effect the democrats in Wyoming queer the deal for real conservatives by always voting for the most liberal Republican in a primary.

the Liz Cheney keyword is huge, goes back to 2003, and I'm sure no one wants to see the whole thing, chronlo sorted. She's a self-promoter, but ultimately a one-string banjo, deep-stater, and to mix metaphors and produce a zen koan, she's two-faced.
