That having been said, I am wondering why so many liberals are ruining their own businesses to support this movement. It doesn't make sense. Why does CNN advocate for anarchy when their own building and news crews are attacked? Other businesses are losing so much money they will go out of business, but they don't seem to care? Who is inciting all of this when the outcome is going to be their own ruin? I wish someone would explain that to me.
Again, chainsaws wielded by the pair would have been a far greater deterrent. None of the bums in the street would have come near them. Thought of a couple of good ideas for rioters/looters last night. First, starve some lions, giving just enough food to keep them crazy. Cage them. Then, bring the cages to the rioting/looting site and set some down on one side. Go around to the other side and set down cages with starving lions. Give the rioters/looters five minutes to clear the scene. If they don't, cut the lions loose. Portable fencing could be employed to keep the lions in the kill zone until finished.
Another idea: Develop spiked strips with razor sharp 3" nails pointing up that can be deployed rapidly. Throw them down on both sides of the rioters/looters in the street and then open a gap and send in a group of LEOs to arrest people. No one is running anywhere. I have many more ideas.
They did fine. They put the ferals on notice that they are not an easy takedown. Notice nobody running up on the porch to get some.

Yes: Anyone who fears such a situation - urban riot - should have a magazine with blanks, a baklava and the foresight to position in a concealed manner which does not draw attention to one’s own home.
That show of force accomplished nothing but kicking the bee hive, but they can afford the armed security which is now compulsory.

If the walls or gate to a gated community gets breached, sirens should go off at every house; and each house should have CCTV to determine the threat. Upon determining the threat is legitimate, any owner should be able to engage the loudspeakers warning intruders over and over to leave now and do not approach any house, building or facility—all homeowners are fully armed, and cameras are trained in every direction. Leave now to avoid felony prosecution, or lose your life.
