WHAT TUCKER CARLSON DOES NOT UNDERSTAND:
Trump is allowing Americans to experience first-hand the immediate consequences of their political choices in Americas fifty laboratories of democracy. The dichotomy began with the Wuhan Virus. In Democrat-run states, Americans got total lockdowns, nursing homes turned into slaughterhouses, and economic destruction. In Republican-run states, Americans got some semblance of normal life, fewer deaths (in part because nursing homes werent petri dishes), and greater economic stability.
The dichotomy continued with the riots. In conservatively run states or cities, people were freely granted their First Amendment right to assemble peaceably but were immediately shut down when they turned to property destruction and violence.
In Democrat-run cities or states, the politicos told the police to stand down (or hung them out to dry). The cities quickly turned into war zones, with looting, burning, racial violence, and systematic attacks on Americas cultural and religious institutions.
Sen. Tom Cotton understands that Trump, by sticking to his federalist principles, is making a point. As Cottons new video states, Elect Joe Biden and the anarchy will be coming to a town near you.
You can’t win by appearing to lose.
I agree 100% with this assessment and believe much of the rioting and destruction not to mention physical assaults will feature prominently in the blizzard of Trump Campaign commercials we will be seeing.
Spot on and people should stop listening to the negative drumbeat of fake news. Every story that they have revolves around polling and the fake premise that they have established.
They are gaslighting people and I can see that it’s starting to work based on the comments here.
I honestly love the panic on our side and think it’s a great motivating factor for people who are already enthusiastic.
Those who can’t see the parallels to four years ago are blind because it’s the exact same situation and Biden is repeating Hillary’s mistakes by not campaigning in swing States.
Tucker’s point precisely. He’s right.
Correct
But President Trump is giving the dem governors/mayors/police chiefs the opportunity to correct the situation
I have a feeling he is going to unleash a can of whoopass when Americans are sick and tired of this crap.
If he does it too soon, he looks like “hitler” or a dictator who can’t take criticism from “peaceful protesters”
But if he does it when a majority of Americans demand this crap ends, he will look like a hero while the dems look like terrorists.
If Trump times this right and executes it right, he wins in November in a landslide.
The problem is, how do you UNDO the tearing down of monuments once done, which is NOT just about the tearing down of physical statues?
I have to admit, Tucker’s inability (or unwillingness) to recognize that the President is allowing the “normals” to see for themselves what life could be under Demonic Party rule, is both surprising and disappointing. I think it is legitimate to say that the President should be out there yelling at the top of his lungs that country now has the opportunity to see what the future holds under the Demonic Party; unfortunately, he has to do it alone, because the gutless, ball-less Repukelicans are busy hiding under their desks and behind their security personnel.
Replace them with Trump statues
“...theres a strong rationale and intelligence behind Trumps response to both the virus and the riots.”
RIGHT! Why?
Because Trump is a GENIUS! A “political” GENIUS!
Tucker can be an A$$ sometimes. (and Tucker is NOT a genius)
In Marach and April we got a taste of the Bernie Sanders test run
Now we are getting a taste of the BLM/Antifa test run
Trump is doing a great job of showing what our future will be if the democrats get majority power in DC again.
I think there are a lot of Americans who are getting that message.
This is delusional.
RE: how do you UNDO the tearing down of monuments once done
either:
1) Put the monument back and fix it if it is only slightly damaged
or
2) Commission a replacement monument.
I’m witchoo.
I agree with Trump’s strategy, and have supported his campaign more financially than any other political campaign in my life - even though my circumstances are very tight.
I worked on the (ultimately successful) campaign of Trumpian congressional candidate Mike Garcia in CA 25, and will do everything I can to help Trumpian Republican candidates this fall.
I hope, pray and work for good candidates for the good of our country.
Remember in November - YES!
Tucker sees it - but thinks it is an unwise strategy that is likely to backfire.
It is pretty simple - people will blame him for the disorder. They will not dissemble the blame and excuse him for federalism. The destruction is on his watch, and he will be held accountable.
