Yikes - given that the area has been disputed by Pakistan, India and China - well that could get interesting in a hurry.

I do not doubt your word as I am well aware of some of the substandard products coming from China. But I would be very interested hearing what brought you to the conclusion that this dam is in the first stages of collapse. I have seen some pictures showing some possible bulging, not sure if true or not. Also read some statements that there is no solid connection between the dam itself and the ground underneath ? Would be nice o hear your opinion !
