Nearly EVERYONE in the show plays an alcoholic.

Despite that, it isn’t too bad for a fairly modern broadcast network series. Deals with human weaknesses humorously, without glorifying them like most of the network crap does these days.

Of course, anyone can be more attractive with diet, exercise, grooming and nice-looking clothes but some will always envy those with natural beauty and thus do not even try to look better.

There are also people who are not "attractive" in their appearance but make themselves attractive by their demeanor and the way they treat other people. They are just pleasant to be around, even if "homely" on paper.

I suspect this book is a great big nothing burger, and they will be happy to see it stopped.

Then they can just hint at all the horrible things it said about Trump, and how horrible he is, and how he better not re-elect such a horrible person again, because he’s so horrible, that’s why he stopped the book from coming out. Horribly.
