He isn't the first DA to overstep his bounds. I believe he will be proven wrong in his harsh case against this police officer, who was just doing his job and trying to protect himself.

Cops are now being charged with the crime, “Policing While White.”
I was on a Grand Jury for 6 month many years ago.
Most people do’t realize that the grand jurors are allowed to ask questions, receive detailed explanations of the relevant laws and statutes and require evidence for claims made by the prosecutor, and tell them to go away and come back when they have what you want.
I suspect that’s part of the reason he wishes to avoid them.
When you’re being shot at you don’t count shots.
According to him, police should not get due process. No surprise. People on the other side of PC haven’t been getting due process for a long time. I know the left wants to eliminate White cops and will do it by any means necessary.
If you’re a cop, retire when you can, or go work in a suburb where you will be supported by the force.
