My 2 cents worth. Why do police not know to balance the force used against the force needed? A taser is useless as a weapon. Even when it works properly its not much more than something to laugh at. The criminal probably thought he had a gun just for a moment but the cop he took it from should have known in seconds that it wasnt his gun. I sometimes think they shoot because they can not because they have to. Just like the mayors and governors that wont lift their lockdowns because they dont want to give up the power.
