No i’m right. Federal charges are tried in a Federal Court by Federal Prosecutors not state ones. A good deal of the old guard has been replaced by Trump. You are the obnoxious one because the facts do not go with your defeatist narrative. What you say would be true in locally courts but they have no jurisdiction in this case because of the charges.
This is just some of the new judges and there have been more before these:
Here educate yourself and remember that all of these brigands being arrested now have been charged by the US Dept of Justice:

Describing what has always happened and expecting it to continue is a bit of a ways off of bloviating.
On the other hand thinking something is going to change in a system owned and operated by the Left is, to put it mildly as possible, optimistic.
That they won’t do five years is far more likely than someone droppin the hammer on them. They may even walk entirely. It’s not like they’re Proud Boys or something...Remember the proud boys?
Hundreds, if not thousands of them, will get rolled up and hit with federal charges. This is not an "overnight" process if you want to do it right. The Feds have thousands of hours of video evidence to go through before filing their charges. It will also be done quietly, without a lot of fanfare. It's not going to stop with these molotov-tossing lawyers from NY.
They are going to get hit with Federal Terrorism charges baby. Go read the posts where I have links to the process and reprogram yourself to what is going on. I deal with facts not conjecture.
Under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, Congress eliminated parole for federal defendants convicted of crimes committed after November 1, 1987. But while federal prisoners can no longer look forward to parole release, they may nevertheless earn reduced terms for good behavior.
I do hope you are correct...we will not have much of a country remaining if justice isn’t served.
Here’s hoping!
Putting these uncivil criminal a**es in prison (of, course after a speedy, fair trial and conviction) is a waste of taxpayers’ money. It would be better if they were publicly hanged or shot.
“I deal with facts not conjecture.”
Yep. You’re perfectly rational. When the internet first came along I used to rely on you cool, studying, experienced calculators to get a handle on what’s what. I still do that for my own edification but as far as I can tell we are in Bizarro world. I’m not despairing that they’ll walk despite the heinous crime I simply BELIEVE they will because politics.
To use another example: Judge Sullivan WILL NOT be slapped down as he deserved to be from the start. The appeals court is doing all it can to assist him. They WILL figure out how to go about it and just do it. That is stupid and irrational when considering judicial history and precedent but there it is. Now let’s see. That one isnt, or shouldn’t be far off in the future...
I’m not sure if she was the one I saw caught on camera, but it was a blond woman who stepped out in the street by herself and was caught on camera. She had a bottle in her hand and tried a couple of times to light it before she threw the blazing Molotov cocktail ant the police.
Then she held up her hands in the “Don’t shoot” posture as though her “Kings X” would absolve her or cloak it. Then she scurried back into the mob on the sidewalk. The camera followed her and she exited the mob on the other side and calmly began to walk down a sidestreet. Very professionally done.
Judge Sullivan is a Bill Clinton appointee and those who will deal these terrorists are Trump appointees. I have dealt with this and already had it in my analysis for awhile. It’s shame that that happens but we are not done yet on the Flynn case yet and if it goes bad it goes to SCOTUS. You get 1 and 1/2 stars for your point. But you flunk on everything else because of conjecture on the judges who will deal with these terrorists. It is case by case situation and I have been surprised by some judges appointed by liberals who have done the right thing.
I have been surprised by some judges appointed by liberals “
Now that you mention it I do recall a few cases lately where my best guess was that some of these lefty judges are starting to get scared at the lawlessness thats going around.
What do you think of the situation in Atlanta with the guy getting killed resisting arrest?
“Prosecutors said Shader, whose actions were allegedly caught on camera,...”
Yea..i SAW that “alleged” video personally.
Well we gotta feed someone in jail it might as well be those 3 d-bags..
Laz wouldn’t even think twice before hitting that..
They will walk if the trial is in a dim city.
+1000!
