I do not understand this desire to wear black face. If it were funny, I would get it, but it just seems stupid.

Stern mainly likes to think of himself as a celebrity interviewer, he went Full Hollywood. Can’t get those interviews if you aren’t “Woke”.
He appeals to the lowest common denominator and laughs at his fan base behind their backs and thinks they're rubes and they are because they believe he's one of them.
When they are done with Stern, they can go after these folks.
