Biden believes that Trump is going to steal the election. Specifically, Trump and his minions will block the Democrats from stealing the election, which to a Democrat means that Trump will steal the election by preventing them from stealing the election.
Now isn't that more clear.

Yeah, I got that too. He behaves the same way my sons did when they were little guys who were about to pull a fast one. They always gave themselves away by eluding to what they had in mind. Not that I think Biden is even close to their intelligence but he’s been discussing “stealing” the election with someone and in his mind, he thinks he’ll throw everyone off by accusing Trump first. Hope someone watches his back if he should win. Murder is not such a bad thing to the left. Make it look like assassination, then whoever the “lucky” vp is will take it from there. I’m still thinking (maybe) Hillary.

I'm guessing Hillary's a year from not being able to give her speeches away. Hillary will have to bus in old people from congregate living facilities and give them light lunches to fill up a small room.
