Expect a whole bunch of new bad shows.
Cops is a good lesson for people to understand what not to do when stopped by the police. If you run or are belligerent during a stop, get ready for a negative response from the cops. They respond in accordance with the perp’s behavior. Most time they all go to jail but being cooperative is much less painful. Let the lawyers fight out the issues.

The show’s theme song is more relevant than ever with the movement to defund, dismantle and/or diminish the police... “Bad boys, bad boys, what ya gonna do, what ya gonna do when they come for you”
I’m surprised it lasted this long because it shows what’s really happening on the street, and the people who are undeniably responsible for a wildly disproportionate majority of the violent crimes in the United States.. (Homicide, Rape, Armed Home Invasion, Robbery, etc.) I expect “The First 48” to be next.

A very racist thing to do. They must think that shows like “Cops” depict too many black thugs as thugs. The inability to call a black thug a “thug” is simply racist.
What will history call this absurd ultra PC movement in America where only views of some count. Will it be the end or the beginning?

One of the favorite shows that all the inmates in NY State prisons loved watching. This is going to tick them off big time. They love watching other people do stupid things, and getting arrested for it.
I was at a scout meeting years ago with my son. As we were packing up, a methhead came stumbling in saying something about a guy stealing his last $5.00 and getting kicked out of his apartment. Our meeting was in a community center and the methhead wanted to spend the night.
We told him no and offered to call the cops to take him to a shelter. He demanded a blanket and we said no again. No blankets here now leave.
After Mr. Meth finally left, we used the opportunity to discuss drugs.
Especially like, "Why did I run? I was scared and didn't see no lights or sirens".
What really cracks us up is that these recidivists are to stupid make sure their tags are up to date or that their tail-lights work or that they don't know where their turn signal lever is.
