Don’t toxicology test results take weeks to months to come back? I have read, over the years, where drugs/alcohol are suspected that autopsies need weeks to months to become final.

I don’t know if the fact that he was 6’6” may have contributed to his overall health. He had recently lost his job and apparently was looking for another one. His size may have intimidated some of the officers at the scene. At any rate, here is a link for a local paper with more details.

As a former cop, I can attest that anyone can make a formal “complaint” against a police officer for any reason. I had one for merely pulling over a guy who was weaving all over the road. He didn’t turn out to be intoxicated (I didn’t know what his problem was) and didn’t arrest him, but he still wanted my badge for insulting him.

I can also attest that a police officer who goes through his career with very few or no complaints is a slacker.

And I am not at all defending the offending officer in this case.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Bulls_Championship_riots

“38 stores were looted or broken into and 650 people were arrested after the Bulls defeated the Seattle SuperSonics to win the 1996 NBA championship on June 16, 1996. The city of Chicago had spent over $3 million in preparation for violence if the Bulls won.[1] Despite the preparations, a teenager was stomped to death for wearing a Los Angeles Lakers jacket. He had been attacked so severely that the Swoosh logo from a Nike shoe was imprinted on his forehead.[9]”

https://metro.co.uk/2018/02/05/here-are-five-american-cities-which-rioted-after-sporting-success-and-defeat-7289493/

Detroit - 1984 and 1990
Boston – 2004, 2007 and 2013
Chicago – 1991, 1992 and 1993
Denver – 1996, 1998, 1999, 2001
Cleveland – 1974

A Black man killed by police provides “excellent moral justification” for rioting, looting (Yeah!) and arson.

However, if one is not available, Winning OR Loosing a sports championship is a good reason also.

More people die as the result of BLM/Antifa/”Gimme Stuff” rioting than are ever killed by police. Most of the slain are probably “minority”.

But, hey, I got my stuff, burned a few cop cars and stores and “Spoke Truth to Power!”

All the while the MSM, Academia and the Democrat Party (too much redundancy?) are singing “We Shall Overcome”.

Actually, they got Floyd into the squad car and had some kind of struggle with him. Next, he was laid out on the ground with two holding his back and legs and the other, pinning him down with his knee.

Of course this giant 6-6 ft tall stoned (meth and fentanyl) dude intimidated the arresting officers. Right off they could see he was unpredictable and dangerous to their physical health. As in getting some broken bones.

His size and past just can’t resolve a murder. People just don’t understand. I was, in Texas, given an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 10 years deferred and $10k fine for keeping thugs attacking my house and myself with a gun. Nobody got hurt.

Just as just vengeance I hope all the cops involved get 20+ years, since the blue gang gets their ultra freedom to murder and destroy.

It’s absolutely pointless to talk about George Floyd right now.

Talk of the plight of black Americans in general. They live under bad conditions, caused all but exclusively by the Democrat governments they are manipulated into supporting, which don’t ever act in their best interests.

Yeah, that’s kinda open-and-shut on murder 3, no matter how the guy’s heart stopped.

The Constitution is supposed to protect us against this kind of crap.
...
Thank you

... yeah, waiting for the bodycam footage. Considering who the Minnesota AG is, I’m thinking that the bodycams tragically malfunctioned or the data couldn’t be recovered.

Still - fact is that if the cops had acted properly, we wouldn’t have this crap...there’s zero excuse for what they did.

all this death, pain, and destruction for a junkie felon....

Nope, all because of a usurping community “organizer” (agitator) in the White House for 8 years......

Homicide is the act of one human killing another. A homicide requires only a volitional act by another person that results in death, and thus a homicide may result from accidental, reckless, or negligent acts even if there is no intent to cause harm.
