I know a officer who quit a large city agency and moved to a smaller suburban agency. While proactive policing was “supported” by the Mayor, Chief, Council, etc. they were the first to try to crucify any officer that made contact on their own and had a complaint. They then would simply drive around a bit to make it look like they are working, but only respond to calls.
Look for that to happen in NYC and the mayor to wonder why the Ghetto areas get worse.
A narrative change: Cops are now more dangerous than the virus.... We are now instructed to switch from virus panic to social justice rioting. It’s going to be a long 6 months to the election folks and this is just the beginning of a massive diversion campaign to distract from the truths to be revealed from the Barr/Durham report on the treason of the obama administration.
