I looked through the study:
“The mean daily dose and duration of the various drug regimens were as follows: chloroquine alone, 765 mg (SD 308) and 6·6 days (2·4); hydroxychloroquine alone, 596 mg (126) and 4·2 days (1·9); chloroquine with a macrolide, 790 mg (320) and 6·8 days (2·5); and hydroxychloroquine with a macrolide, 597 mg (128) and 4·3 days (2·0). “
That’s the mean daily dosage. Seems high and if that’s the mean, just how much were the maximum dosages some of the patients in the study were getting?
Amazing how millions who must have died using HCQ for decades fighting Lupus have escaped revelation of the enemy fifth column media! Of course the addition of AZ was not involved in the millions of dosings higher than that used in covid-19 cases, but that point doesn’t add to the insane hyperbole aimed at halting use of a drug that does lead to recovery when used early in the course of the disease. Then again. Dunleavy is too stupid to see flaws, eh?

Hmm...., I used to be an avid reader of the Lancet. However, during the turn of the century, I found that it had become a biased political rag like so many others.
One can only assume that the article written has a political bias, in as much as thousands have been treated with this HCQ cocktail and survived the virus. Case in point PM Boris Johnson.

Over 60’s not allowed to access hospital care if they have 2 comorbidities, over 70’s with one and over 80 at all.
Nursing homes not allowed to refer inhabitants to the hospital for CV symptoms. Nursing home employees forbidden to wear PPE so as not to ‘frighten the elderly’.

Just curious, where did you read the news that Boris Johnson was treated with Hydroxychloroquine?
