As I predicted when the idiotic concept was floated, homeless people would rather camp on sidewalk than live in hotels. They are not homeless due to lack of shelter beds (or even hotel rooms) but rather because THEY DON'T WANT TO LIVE WITH RULES. All shelters have simple rules - no drugs, no booze, no fighting, no pets, etc.

I was at the dentist office yesterday and he was complaining about all the homeless and their tents along Wilshire blvd. near Los Angeles. Beverly Hills and Bel-Air are nearby.
