You cant see what happened in front of the truck and neither can any one else other than the shooters back up in the truck bed.

Yes. Apparently, some people are watching different videos from the one’s we are. All Arbery had to do is run away from the truck, after all, who was going to chase him on foot? Certainly not the son, who is pretty obese, nor the father, who is probably too old.

You cant and didnt see that because its not in the clip you assume that.
McMichael is on the left hand side of the truck and Arbery is running down the right (best I can see in the video). Arbery then swings around hard left at the front of the truck and runs toward McMichael, striking him several times.

Except that was not the case.
Aubery could have trotted right past the truck, ignoring his antagonists commands. He had already done so before. They had no legal method to force him to stop. They did not force him to stop.
Up to the moment when he charged at McMichaels, he was in the clear.
One who thinks he’s about to get shot with it.
One who was chased by 3 armed strangers in 2 vehicles for 4 minutes.
One who knows he didn’t do anything legally wrong.
One who has reason to expect a “friendly” confrontation will go very badly.
One who tried flight and failed.
I’ve been in a comparable situation. Adrenaline runs high.
Their view is, that no matter where you are, no matter who who are, you comply and lick the boots and follow the commands of anyone who pulls a gun on you while you are on a public street.
That’s how they wish to live their lives.
No Einstein, I’m not blind. I saw Arbery run UP TO the back of the truck, not to the left or right (which would guarantee his escape IF he was so in fear of his life) then run around the front of the truck to where McMichael Jr. was standing and try to either attack him or take his weapon. As I’ve said before, if the McMichael’s wanted to kill Arbery, they had plenty of opportunity before the shooting to do so.
When are these two good’ole boys going to be arraigned and when is the guy filming going to be charged ?

A black man Facing down three thugs chasing him down, coming at him with a shotgun. What else was he to do at that point. In future, people jogging should go armed so the can defend against violent thugs.
Actually, they tried to stop him twice, it is in the police report, the 2nd time Fake Cop Junior got out of his truck and fired a shot at the jogger.

Yes, the only ones with any rights are random people brandishing guns at strangers in the street. Arbery had no rights, you see. Only the self-appointed street police McMichaels and their sidekick demanding to speak to Arbery. Even the police know a suspect has the right to remain silent.
No gunfire until he grabbed the gun. Sad.
