I agree. This thing was dead until the race baiters got ahold of the family.

Hard to blame the homeowner for listening to his lawyer given the explosive nature of this trial.

That said, his story has changed.

We will probably have to wait until he is on the stand to get a clearer picture from him.

Actually only the son is charged with murder. Dad is charged with Aggravated Assault. The son is looking at life. Dad? I don’t know what the penalty for Agg Assault is in Georgia, but in Florida back in the ‘90s it topped out at 5 years. Someone on a different thread referred to them as losers. And they were right. The only issue in question is the degree of the loss. Should they win in State Court, the Feds will come after them for violating the victim’s Civil Rights. Plus lawyer fees along with civil law suits.They will be broke financially. The civil lawsuits is what got O.J.

He did.But at this point, legally it does not matter. In spite of what the jail house lawyers and unpaid legal analyst say. The State of Georgia allege that he was slain by the unlawful act of the defendant. And by the act of obtaining a warrant and affecting his arrest are saying that they are ready and able to prove those allegations in a Court of Law.

He is/was a thief. Why don’t you accept that and move on? You should wonder about your bias and ability to reason.
