If I’m in the restaurant business, i’ll close and then reopen in either 2021 or 2022.

Only the big corporations will rent out property to people needing a place to live. They can withstand these type of events by buying politicians.

Good, unpretentious comfort food, served large — although their menu these days is greatly slimmed down.

I’m kinda limited to the Bacon Cheeseburger Salad.

FWIW we note all the locations are extreme liberal cities. Every one of them.

Small business entrepreneurship is probably crushed for the time being. Might help if there were some kind of legal protections crafted in statute to lessen the likelihood of it happening again. Might be possible in red states but not in the communist controlled areas. They love their power too much.

Exactly. I try to make this point as well with anyone who will listen. On top of all the other difficulties in opening, hiring staff, and running a business, who will now take such risks knowing that unaccountable office holders and bureaucrats can, at any momemt, for an indefinite period, and for reasons having nothing to do with their operation, shut down their business?

Remember, this Clovid 19 B$ has never been about improving your health nor our families' health. It is/has been about taking away our rights and controlling us, with us paying for this B$ with our tax dollars to control us. Finally to defeat President Trump this November

Never had them, but I’ll worry about a few restaurants here. My friend works at a restaurant that is a Greek restaurant chain.

Wonder if Go Fund Me pages could help many of these small businesses survive the shutdown? Most likely owners don’t like to ask for help, but maybe friends could start a page and get enough donations from across the country to help the business survive for the next several months.

Just as Americans helped the lady in Texas through Go Fund Me, many people would help these small businesses all across America. It could be the start of “Americans Helping Americans Brigade,” helping to keep these family and small businesses intact.

Maybe they can do that.

Maybe local media can help too. But where I live they are liberal as hell.

Souplantation also just announced that it was permanently closing all of its 97 locations.

Ate there a number of times while visiting my brother in Los Angeles.

Eventually only Mexican restaurants will be the only ones left.

Well, Taco Bell does win the coming franchise war!

I have been Sweet Tomatoes a number of times.

Sad to see all these restaurants go. :(
