"These tyrants Democrats are drunk with power, they enjoy badgering/harassing we peons if we dare to question their authority."

These tyrannical acts are overwhelmingly carried out by Democrats. People need to wake up.

You resist, you might get arrested. Or shot. Criminal charges. Lose your firearms. Lose your kids.

The globalists and liberal fascists have done a very effective job at moving the goalposts, and most Americans are just fine with that (apparently).

Leftists will weaponize any part of government to get you. Never speak to anyone in government be it a policeman, judge, CPS counselor or anyone.

They all are leftists totalitarians since all of them want to keep their jobs. They will do whatever they are told so they can keep getting a paycheck.

And why the door should not be opened.

A friend of mine, who is a magistrate, told me that child welfare trumps everything. If the CPS believe (or claim later they believed) a child was in danger, they can have the police enter the premises by whatever means necessary. They face no legal penalty for doing so.
They can do whatever they please. "For the children."

Incorrect. SCOTUS ruled on this some time ago.

Yep and they can still charge you and deplete your financial resources. In a few years you could get your case reviewed and overturned if you live long enough.

It should be abundantly clear to anyone who is a freeper, reading here of unconstitutional acts that continue on a daily basis. The Constitution clearly is more like a restraining order, which is what the bill of rights are for to restrain government, but provides you no way to enforce the rules except the court which are happily willingly set about to destroy.

That is "unconstitutional" is just a cry for help, nothing more. Rights and property belong to those that can defend them

I'm sorry I only vaguely remember all the details, but the entire Malher Wildlife Refuge takeover was about some ranchers who were being persecuted over some backfires they set to prevent their buildings from being damaged in a wildfire.

But there was a deeper story too, involving that family, and an attempt by CPS to take kids from them years earlier. And, if I'm remembering right, the entire second prosecution for the fire was essentially made up and insisted on by State employees to "get" the people they had failed to get years before.

I'll see if I can look up the details later, but the idea that the State is governed by vindictive power-mad kooks was at the heart of the Mahler incident, that cost a good man his life.

I was very impressed when Trump issued pardons on that whole thing. He's the only one you see with any sense of justice. The rest are just using the law as a weapon to force their will on people.

Some one needs to start a go fund me account for her

a 14,000 dollar fine? For an OSHA violation?

Should be a pro bono conservative lawyer out there somewhere who would take the case.

Harmeet Dhillon is in SF Ca.

She owns a law practice called Dhillon Law Group

And there is another lawyer that is on fox a lot, the five usually.

Emily Compagno

I believe she lives in WA State, or maybe even Oregon
