“Migrants”?
Her family can’t afford food, but can borrow 13,000 to pay a smuggler?
Borrow money to pay a human trafficker to take your minor daughter up north? Yeah, right.
More like her father sold her for $13,000 and then told her a bullshit story so she would send money home to help pay a non-existent “debt” after she gets done working off the trafficker’s investment in the sex industry.
We have a winner!

I have great compassion for those illegals. They are desperate and making logical decisions. They are not our problem! They are a great economic drain on our nation. They just need to be sent home immediately.
Oddly if one looks at the natural resources of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua they should be extremely prosperous in the extreme. They are not due to two reasons one of which is corruption of government and Marxist revolution and in particular Nicaragua.
ps
I am a white boy that speaks Spanish and married to a Mexican National now a citizen of my great country. Her father was a successful businessman in Juarez. He sent all his children to University at UT Texas in El Paso. He was wise. He knew what was best for his children. When they were children in school in Juarez he made sure they learned English so they could go to UT El Paso.
He paid out of country tuition which was much greater than out of state tuition. Oddly he was a flawed man but loved his children dearly.
I respect him.
If her family could borrow 13,000 dollars then she doesnt need to come here. She has a good deal at home. More anecdotal BS.
Are these those 28 year old “youths” we keep seeing committing crimes in middle schools and high schools?
Under US law, those who cross into the US are allowed to stay with relatives??
That is so backward counterproductive and expensive.
Most are adults claiming to be teens to get clemency and free benefits instead of jail.
