We know for a fact that there was an original 302 due to the testimony that Comey gave under oath, that the day after the interview, the agents conferred with him, presented the 302 and their notes, and it was entered into the record.

The huge question is...where is that original 302 submitted officially the DAY AFTER THE INTERVIEW?

All the 302 forms we have seen have been heavily edited and massaged by both scumbag Strzok and his lovebird Page over a period of months.

This article at RealClearInvestigations.com is a great overview: New Red Flags Emerging From FBI's Handling of Michael Flynn's Case by Mark Hemingway

It’s five business days.

You’re not taking into account the unofficial Federal Holidays like:

- ‘I can’t even’ Monday
- Taco Tuesday
- Wake and Bake Wednesday
- Thirsty Thursday
- ‘Ah Hell, nothing gonna get done this week anyway, so it’s off to the Hamptons!’ Friday

Byron York either wrote this before the judge said he would welcome amicus curiae briefs, or he wasn't paying attention to what the judge did.

The judge may sentence Flynn to prison on the basis of the guilty plea he won't allow him to withdraw, figuring that if Trump pardons Flynn that will hurt Trump politically.

” the judge said he would welcome amicus curiae briefs”

But briefs from whom — only HIS amici?

Well, Sullivan must consider it his court, and obviously he was asking only for anti-Flynn amici to speak up.

His behavior is outrageous on so many levels. Judge Jeanine last night on Fox was explaining how Sullivan's maneuvers could be part of a design to discredit Barr. (They don't actually have to discredit Barr, just come up with something vaguely plausible which the MSM can present to the low-information voters.)
