I don’t agree. My brother lives in San Diego and Newsome/state legislature don’t give a rip about the state economy. They’e on a mission to completely destroy CA and the usual deterrents like people leaving don’t matter to this bunch.
Does he recognize that there has never been an effective vaccine for a human coronavirus? Who is bring gasbagged here?

Wait for the vaccine to be developed? Maybe 5 years? Maybe 10 years? Does he have any advisor telling him that he is not being realistic?

But, President never said that big events like baseball games and concerts cannot happen without vaccine...
But, Governor Gavin did state that...He mentioned either herd immunity or vaccine is necessary for letting concerts to start again...
Governor of Missouri does not agree with Governor Gavin...He is letting concerts to happen in his state...

WHY would there ever be a vaccine for HIV/AIDS I ask. There are lots of lovely profit making treatments available that will keep the victims alive for another month and year of hugely profit making sales of life saving treatments. Ditto the common cold - profitable sales every month, every year and no vaccine. “Impossible” they say.
Corona Virus responds to dirt cheap 100 year old generic drugs which sort of ruins the whole plan. So Plan B says “Ban those existing, untested, unproven, unapproved treatments. But Hey! look at this new treatment (much more expensive and profitable) now undergoing trials.”
Corona Virus may be real and deadly but the whole pandemic concept rests on total socialist population control and new very profitable treatments. Vaccine - “Nah, not for maybe 10 years.”
Or Joe Biden wins, whichever comes first.
Better move, because CDC can’t be trusted to create a vaccine, and it needs years of testing. Many people can’t and won’t take it.
