Free drugs, free booze, free hotel room, free food - and we wonder why SF has a homeless problem?

Alas the state went from a $20 billion surplus fund to a $40 billion deficit so soon there won’t be any funding for this nonsense. The best day of my life was when i left the SF tax roles (don’t tell my wife)
