A lot of gypsies in Southeastern Washington state? I'm guessing they're meth addicts who got hold of some hospital scrubs and are looking for items to steal and sell for more crystal meth. They look like meth-heads.

Agree, a good chance they’re druggies. There are Irish Travelers in California. My thinking is that, with the virus lockdown limiting their usual criminal activities — home repairs scams, median strip begging, phony tree service quotes — they may be ranging farther and committing new crimes.

There are so many, um, useful items one could seal up in a Fedex box to, um, decorate your porch:
