Barak Obama is constitutionaly barred from serving as VP because he served 2 full terms as POTUS. Max time as POTUS is 9 years 364 days...IF a VP serves less than 2 years of a vacated term then two of his own.

Biden is at the least a place holder and prayer. They know the GOP is very weak in planning and cultivating. They already gave up 2024 and the Senate is not a given. Forget about the House.
