Had a nice gyro yesterday...Haven't been through Philly for years but always enjoyed the food there (cheese or wiz strictly Target of Opportunity).
Nowadays...well, I saw a couple of the leftover elkburgers in the fridge, I know none of the grandkids have been by yet so I'll have one or so for lunch. (Don't really need cheese of any kind on them)
Back on topic... Pulled up Sidney Powell's site right after her interview (apparently along with half the world population) 'cause it's really, really slow + lots of "Too much traffic" screens...

And orange cheese in Mexican food is a sin, there is NO orange cheese in mexico, orange cheese is peculiar to UK and America, I like queso but that’s Tex mex!
BTW, Velveeta, rotel tomatos, and hot italian sausage is da bomb for queso, nothing Mexican there but the chilis

Nope, this elk (aka wapiti) is/was a 4-legged very large version of deer. IIRC, this particular batch of meat came from an animal that dressed out a bit over 400 pounds.....and was
definitely more attractive than the specimen in your pictures.
Venison = awful good eatin'
Elk = ++ venison (Even if I am a tad prejudiced on the subject.)
