Brilliant strategy, given the political environment.
The House dems will pass it. The Senate may pass it with Romney and Collins and Alexander and Murkowski and Burr, but Trump will veto it.
Then the dems will use it as a campaign advertisement issue, the media will go along, and it may swing enough low information people in critical states like PA, WI, MI, FL that Trump is suppressing votes.
The U.S. Has 3.5 Million More Registered Voters Than Live Adults according to Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity Project. And all of them are probably democrat voters. California, for instance, has 11 counties with more registered voters than actual voters. 10 of those counties voted heavily for Hillary Clinton. Los Angeles County, whose more than 10 million people make it the nation’s most populous county, had 12% more registered voters than live ones. California’s San Diego County is the biggest cheat. Its 138% registration translates into 810,966 ghost voters. Isn’t 3.5 million about the difference in votes between Trump and Hillary in 2016? Adopt mail-in voting, and that margin will only increase. There’ll be boiler rooms full of democrat operatives filling out and stuffing absentee ballots into envelopes for pick up and delivery to their nearest polling places!
We have vote by mail here in Florida already. I’ve voted by mail for years. It doesn’t stop the GOP from winning here.
Its the same with absentee ballots. You could vote by absentee and then go in and vote in person.
Also, so what? You request a ballot VS getting one automatically? Dpnt register to vote, you dont get a ballot, absentee or whatever.
The only way to solve this is in person voting exclusively and dip you finger into a bottle of dye after. Or, like they do in some events where they stamp your wrist to get in which shows up under a light.

How can you say that? Florida is ground zero for democrat voter fraud. Ever hear of Brenda Snipes? They weren’t able to steal a presidency for Al Gore but they came damn close. Imagine if Florida Democrats had had universal vote by mail in 2000. Hell, they already steal tens or hundreds of thousands of votes each election as it is now.
NO! In no way do we want voting by mail. Check and see how vote harvesting works in California. They eliminated half a dozen republicans days and weeks after the election in 2016.

Yet the Dems lose. Their vote fraud in Florida is not specific to mail-in ballots.
Part of the problem with COVID is that older people will stay at home if they can’t vote by mail. Absentee ballots tend to help the GOP even without COVID.
The way to skewer this is to permit the mail in ballots but hold the Dems feet to the fire.
Voters have no idea how badly the Democrats cheat...not surprised at all the Pelosi is pushing this.
There’s a big difference between the absentee ballots you’re used to and universal mail voting. Every registered voter gets a ballot in the mail. There are 13 million registered voters in Florida. In 2018 8 million voted. Are you OK with those 5 million additional ballots going out?
In Florida it’s just a matter of asking for an absentee ballot. You don’t need to be absent. Anyone who wants one can have one. I don’t know how there could be more opportunity for fraud than there is already.
Dead people, institutionalized people, ACORN type registered people (who have no intention of voting), 5 million of those types ballots automatically sent out. Anyone can fill out the ballot and send it back. You don’t see any potential for fraud in those 5 million? The left absolutely loves people who have such trust in their good faith election efforts.
Also, no one has to ask for a ballot, every person on the rolls gets a ballot. You do know in many cities there are more registered voters than people. Every single one of those phantom “voters” gets a ballot. What could possibly go wrong?
Most those people don’t even have mailboxes much less read the mail. All I can say is that we have it in Florida and I don’t see a problem with it. I am concerned that a lot of elderly who routinely vote GOP wont vote in November if they must go to the polls. The GOP usually has an edge in mail in ballots. If everyone did it that gap might narrow but I doubt it would be a benefit to the Dems. The Dems tend to have an edge in in person voting.
I don’t ask for a ballot even now. You can sign up to get all your ballots by mail which I did years ago. I assume many others have as well.
You are crazy. Mail in voting is a very stupid idea. RATS want it because it is a great cheat mechanism. Why do you think Nanzi keeps trying to put a bail out on Post Office pensions in relief bills?

Unless the COVID goes away soon I think we’re going to have vote by mail no matter what anyone says. And then we’ll find out if you’re right.
I hope when that happens you will be as angry about this as you are now. Personally I would like to see a little civil disorder from the right.
