You’re dreaming. Cuomo is a Democrat of the first rank. Nothing will happen. Democrats are immune to normal controls and remedies.

Nursing homes don’t just have Republican inmates. When Democrats lose their parents to Cuomo’s recklessness, my guess is there will be a backlash. Don’t forget by far the largest number of deaths are occurring in nursing homes.
