Another comparison is what happened after Germany and Japan went down the racial superiority road in the 1930s.

The CCP has that attitude big time. Their African friends living in China are getting a big taste of it right now, as part of the CCP’s pandemic response.

One can draw numerous parallels between China today, and Japan and Germany in the 1930s:
Stoking nationalist fervor via promoting their own racial superiority.
Public campaigns against despised minorities.
Despised minorities placed in concentration camps.
Extremely unethical medical experimentation on human prisoners.
Paranoia over attacks on their bad behavior from the outside world.
Fear over losing access to necessary resource imports.
National destiny leading them to seek greater “living space.”

It worked very well in Germany and Japan in the 1930s.
Not so well in the 1940s.
