You have to opt in to the tracking app. Oh and there will be people that put in that they are positive and they are not.
Apple says that the app doesn’t send tracking data back to a server, that it is only local. I actually tend to believe them based upon their past history of privacy concerns.

This killer was created in a joint Russian/Chinese operation in Wuhan.(yet another take on how the virus was created) The recent release was caused by a traffic accident that released 4 different strains in the soil and water of Wuhan and infected any number of Russian and Chinese personnel. The Russians retrieved their canister`s and flew them to Russia stopping in Tehran to offload military equipment and infected a number of senior Iranian officials.
It seems possible that a number of infections here were caused by the previous release and by the time testing gets underway here hopefully a lot of folks will be negative because the infection has already worked through their bodies. We will see.

This was developed to be used on The Japanese or South Koreans and there are different strains out there that we aimed at other nationalities.(there have been numerous questions on just how good this thing can be targeted and to whom) The strains that were released in Iran were deadlier than the ones released in China and from what I am picking up these deadlier strains are the ones that have made their way to Italy. The Iranians are pretty well and most of the senior leadership is sick.
My Russian friend in Syria is telling me they are getting Iran Military folks in Syria that are infected and they have been involved with a number of military actions that have panicked the Syrian military and Iranians alike. Yea this is some deep sh_t and as I posted earlier the combination of sh_t in the middle east with oil and the coming invasion of Venezuela by Brazilian forces and American CIA to secure their oil reserves will cause quite the show.

Then, either we all deal with hyper-inflated prices or we back our currency with something other than debt to restore faith and stability. Either way, the economy has expanded to accommodate freelancing shutdowns to the point that it’s beyond repair and we’ll be buying $3000 loads of bread.
How do you fix it? A purge. If you have a stake in a system and the system expands your stake gets smaller. If you have a stake in a system and the system contracts your stake gets bigger. America was founded as a white nation, so naturally whites should be given priority - but we’re learning that’s not how it works in practice.
What are other alternatives? Seceding, or otherwise establishing a new government and society where exclusivity is heralded as a virtue. Incentives for sh_tskins to take their wealth and knowledge back to their home countries to help them prosper like a western nation. Segregation, but that’s a moot topic.

Artfully, Trump made the individual governors responsible for when and how to reopen. The federal government would only step in if they screwed up. He cleverly reversed positions making the governors the targets of criticism from their constituents. The pressure to open up will grow exponentially. It is not a partisan issue as far as the public is concerned. They are tired of being under house arrest,in many cases with a bunch of bored and restless kids. The business community will put pressure on the politicians using the leverage of donations.
Trump stirred the pot with his liberation tweet for three Dem states. The governors can form all the compacts they want with neighboring states, but unity at the political elite level will not silence the growing pressure from the public to get back to work. Any recalcitrant governor will find himself trying to hold back the tide. Fear only works for so long.
