He lays out the case. It looks damning.

BTW, I don't know why he felt it would be a good idea to frame this with a snarky story about his late mother, but maybe it's one of those sybtle rhetorical things.

Any case, looks like a crime against humanity. Just thought you'd want to know.

No. I don’t think they’d intentionally infect their own population. What I think is most interesting about this China thing though is that it appears to me that they’ve given up trying to eradicate it an are now just planning to ride thru it. Assuming that the death rate is 5%, they have 1.4 billion people so that means 70 million dead. But that will leave them with 1.393 billion people so they don’t care. It will get rid of the weaker population And purify the gene pool. That’s what they are thinking.

Pardon me for the tone. Being cooped up is getting to me, so bear with me. I have some issues with this.

Point number 1: "The first confirmed case is from November 17."

The original source: Coronavirus: China’s first confirmed Covid-19 case traced back to November 17

"...Some of the cases were likely backdated after health authorities had tested specimens taken from suspected patients.
"...Interviews with whistle-blowers from the medical community suggest Chinese doctors only realized they were dealing with a new disease in late December."
"...According to the government data seen by the Post, a 55 year-old from Hubei province could have been the first person to have contracted Covid-19 on November 17."

The original source did not claim Chinese authorities knew in November. So as the story gets passed around from its source, it changes. It is going from a "maybe in November" to "they knew in November".Chinese doctors realized there was a outbreak in December, and think it started in November. That is different than knowing it started in November.

Point number 2: Bias confirmation.

"Did you get that? Not only did the Chinese Communist regime know that the virus spread by contact, and lie about it. It shut down the infected province to travel inside China, but continued to send people from there all around the world."

Communist governments cover things up. This is not new. China tried to cover up the 2002 SARS outbreak too, but a whistle blower let the world know about it.
Doctor who exposed Sars cover-up is under house arrest in China, family confirms
Dr. Yanyong exposed the CCP's cover up of SARs in 2002. Sound familiar?

Point 3: Questionable and historical events as evidence:

"Does that remind you of anything? Maybe old stories of U.S. soldiers giving smallpox-infected blankets to Indian tribes they hoped to wipe out? Or the German general staff shipping Lenin to Russia, to bring down its tottering regime in 1917, and knock it out of the war?"

The stories about U.S. soldiers giving blankets to indians goes to Ward Churchill, who was eventually sacked for plagiarizing another researcher's work to make that claim. While history often repeats is a axiom, which history is repeating is open to debate, and is not proof by itself of any individual argument.

Point 4: Hanlon's Razor: "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity."

Restricting travel out of Wuhan to China made sense. But if they restricted travel from Wuhan to the rest of the world, that would include foreign nationals who could not get home. That would raise the question why international air travel was locked down. Now that it is out in the open, China is trying to spread conspiracies that the U.S. started it. That qualifies as stupid in my book.

My hope is that China was merely neglectful and the release of the disease - a stupid mistake. If purposeful (big if): This is something more than it seems, 隱藏在眾目睽睽, and the endgame has yet to be revealed. The virus is a sleeper, or opening salvo, for something much more insidious. China and those in league with it, [fill in the blank], don't play checkers on the world stage. Think Go. They don't make this high risk gambit with a mere temporary paralysis of western economies and negligible deaths as the payoff. “Coming events cast their shadows before them.” – Chinese Proverb Anyway, my guess, my hope, is that they were just stupid and negligently released the virus.

From an earlier post (2-weeks ago):
"What have we learned from coronavirus?"

That the chicoms learned a key strategic lesson from the jap attack on Pearl Harbor...

What the city of Troy learned about wooden horses...

For a successful attack against a superior force, the sneakiness has to be maximized... The chicom virus attack seems to meet that requirement...

At today’s WH presser the President repeatedly stated he was not happy with how the CCP initially dealt with the virus and how they have behaved since. He stated his disgust several times, which told me things are not good right now between the U.S and China.

This is more than one way that this is intentional.

First, it could be a bio-engineered weapon. We (the American public) might not ever know for sure.

Second, it could have been released and intentionally spread.

Third, they could have intentionally withheld critical information. Even the leftists have a hard time arguing that point.

I’ve said elsewhere on FR that just as the oil embargo led Japan to attack us at Pearl Harbor, which was a desperate move on their part, the tariffs and not being able to get rid of them and Trump’s enforcement policies might have lead to this, another desperate move.

Things are not going the CCP’s way when MACRON! is saying that G7 should invoke economic sanctions against the CCP.

China is @#$& ed.

From the article you posted; ( ) are my comments:

“...
[T]he first case was recorded in Wuhan, China, on November 17, 2019 — a fact still not acknowledged by the PRC.

China moved quickly to shut down travel domestically from Wuhan to the rest of China, but did not stop international flights from Wuhan.

Did you get that? Not only did the Chinese Communist regime know that the virus spread by contact, and lie about it.

It shut down the infected province to travel inside China, but continued to send people from there all around the world.

The Communists shut down the infected province to travel inside China, but continued to send people from it all around the world.
...

(Hannity show interview with Bret Baier brought up the point about CCP stopped travel within China but did not stop it internationally.

Elizabeth Vaughn (Redstate) comment on it):

“If it is proven that the CCP stopped air traffic to and from Wuhan to contain the spread of the virus, but continued to allow travel from Wuhan to foreign countries, it would be a game-changer.

China will truly become a pariah on the global stage.

I can’t imagine anything President Xi could say or do to redeem himself.”

I’ll go further. If we can verify that China protected its own citizens from this virus, while sending those likely infected all around the world like human bioweapons … that’s an act of war.

And a much more infamous one than Pearl Harbor, in fact. At least that sneak attack targeted soldiers, not old people in nursing homes.”

AND compare “Nov 17” from first article to info here:

https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3836182/posts?page=1#1

https://www.timesofisrael.com/us-alerted-israel-nato-to-disease-outbreak-in-china-in-november-report/

“US intelligence agencies alerted Israel to the coronavirus outbreak in China already in November, Israeli television reported Thursday.

According to Channel 12 news, the US intelligence community became aware of the emerging disease in Wuhan in the second week of that month and drew up a classified document.

Information on the disease outbreak was not in the public domain at that stage — and was known only apparently to the Chinese government.

US intelligence informed the Trump administration, “which did not deem it of interest,” but the report said the Americans also decided to update two allies with the classified document: NATO and Israel, specifically the IDF.

The network said Israeli military officials later in November discussed the possibility of the spread of the virus to the region and how it would affect Israel and neighboring countries.

The intelligence also reached Israel’s decision makers and the Health Ministry, where “nothing was done,” according to the report.”

He lays out the case. It looks damning.

China attacks America with a virus that mostly kills elderly pensioners collecting social security? "Hey! Let's get all the old people out of the way! That'll bring America to her knees!"

That we completely annihalated our economy over it was our stupidity, not their strategic genius.
