(Pennsylvania) Anti shutdown protest planned to take place in front of State Capitol building next week

My mother would have liked you. She started us taking C, D, zinc, every day. Been doing it for years.

Partner, I was taking my physical about 10 yrs. ago and this guy that was there said that he takes a megadose of 7000 mg of vitamin C every day especially from Oct. 1st thru the end of May.

I have followed his advice from that day that we met taking a physical.
If you are taking the Vitamins C, D, and Zinc you should be o.k. just taking these vitamins. I take about 5 vitamin D's in the morning and take about 3 pills at night. At night I take vitamin D about 3 pills and vitamin D-3 about 6. Vitamin D-3. I have also heard that vitamin Zinc is good for these colds and the flu.

I probably take too many Vitamins right now but I have not been sick with a cold or flu since I talked with this guy.

US 30 is my overland route at least as far east as Breezewood. It takes only 20 minutes longer under normal conditions.
