Did anyone see the greatest living singer perform Amazing Grace on the steps?
While the video showed the completely empty streets of Milan, Paris, London and New York.
He captured the zeitgeist. And this performance will be remembered like the Beatles rooftop concert.
Quite touching.

Yes. It had an eerie Last Man Standing feel to it. Very poignant.

thanks for the links. am listening now. Agree the volume is seemingly low but am enjoying it anyway.

That rendition of Amazing Grace was clearly heartfelt.
And will bring tears to the eyes of anyone who hears it, even more so with the images of the empty streets and squares of the great cities of the western world.
You can even hear his clear, powerful voice echoing off the granite of those majestic buildings surrounding the empty square.

I want to thank you so much for posting this.
I had no idea that Andrea was going to have this show.
I hate myself for missing it.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
Warm regards, Maris

My only complaint was that he only performed 4 songs. I suppose a full blown concert was too much to ask, but I’m thankful for what he delivered.
To: Mariner
It was amazing! Beautiful cathedral.
