Oral zinc itself will not really do anything against COVID-19. It's very difficult for higher levels of zinc to get inside the cells, which is where it would need to be to stop "replicase" - the ability of the virus RNA strand to duplicate itself in large amounts.
A "zinc ionophore" serves the purpose of acting as a "gateway" into cells, for the purpose of letting zinc in.
Hydroxychloroquine is an excellent zinc ionophore, but it has no effect in stopping the virus. It lets in the real fighter - zinc.
Quercetin (a natural supplement) also is a zinc ionophore. Green tea has some limited abilities, which may account for why most asian countries have battled things better.
I take Quercetin (with Bromelain) and zinc. Vitamins C and D are also extremely important.
Well, there’s a new twist on it....I guess if she was in a caravan and they were out of water, she’d complain if someone said, “There’s an oasis over the next dune.”...

So it actually does have an effect on stopping the virus...by letting in the zinc.
Thanks for all the valuable information, I appreciate it.
From my research I have discovered that what HC-Q does is blunt the spikes on the COVID-19 There by keeping the C-19 from puncturing a gateway into the cells.
