Gov. Noem is the real deal. She said right from the outset that state law prohibits her from shutting everything down and she means it. Not only easy on the eyes but quite a down to earth lady with a great family.
There are some restrictions on bars and restaurants in Sioux Falls but nothing too draconian at this point. The mayor seems like he has a bit of a control complex but has resisted from going a bit too far. Most businesses are regulating themselves which is the way it should be.
