I have a long list that I’d like to see executed.
Nancy Pelosi
Chuck Schumer
Adam Schiff
The entire Morning Joe on air staff
I could go on and on...

To paraphrase the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS John Roberts, there are no Clinton Judges, there are no Bush Judges, there are no Obama Judges, but there damn sure are Trump Judges.

As usual, the liberals are all in on executing the innocent (the unborn) while jealously protecting the guilty.

Logic prevails. How in the world can you argue that Corona virus has anything to do with an execution by a lone executioner? You can limit the witnesses. I don’t see any other argument.

[The 2-1 ruling by a three judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit could pave the way to the Justice Department carrying out the first execution of federal death row inmates since 2003]
Yet another way in which Dubya was a worthless POS. He found time to gin up an amnesty effort opposed by the base that would have legalized tens of millions of illegals and to invade Iraq despite knowing that if any guerrilla resistance came up, we couldn’t put it down cheaply (because human rights) but couldn’t find time to make sure that stone killers were put in the ground.

a “win” like this should never have been necessary ... SCOTUS needs to shutdown dipshit local Circuit Courts trying to make national legislation ...

I would settle for seizing all their money and property and revoking their citizenship.

I think this is a huge issue. No matter how much you reform the judiciary, if any of 5,000 federal judges can make a ruling and expect it to be in force across the nation, you’re screwed. You’re always going to be able to find at least one turd in the judicial punchbowl.
I’ve never been able to understand why conservatives don’t fight fire with fire. You should always be able to find one sane one, as well, if that’s all it takes. Or, if jurisdiction rules suddenly start to apply when trying to overrule a ruling then be the first to the courthouse. Go find some JP somewhere to affirmatively rule in favor of your policy.
Play their game by the same rules they do.

You make a very good point, the government should seek a favorable judge and immediately file a declaratory judgment that the statute/reg/etc is constitutional/statutorily compliant, etc.

Overall even after their deaths from executions, I’m very sure that they will continue to vote Democrats for at least the next 3 presidential elections.

[I cant for the life of me figure out how you got the slam on president Bush worked into your statement.]
What part of Dubya not making an effort to get Federal prisoners executed since 2003 don’t you understand? Trump made an effort and appears to be on track to get some of these people planted in his first term despite having had to deal with unrelenting attack from all kinds of probes and the Democrats since his first day in office. Trump has had a messy personal life relative to Dubya. But for the GOP, Trump has been head and shoulders above Dubya, who has to be ranked one of the worst GOP presidents of the last 100 years, whereas Trump is one of the best, just behind Reagan and Coolidge.
