How can a mask keep the virus from leaving the wearer of the mask and not offer at least some protection against the virus coming in? I get the fact that the virus itself is very small, but when it is hitching a ride on mucus or saliva from a cough or sneeze, I am sure a mask is very effective.
I think it has something to do with air flow. Exhaled breath is fairly directed, while inhaled pulls from all directions. Those little surgical masks often have gaps on the sides.
That we don’t need them and healthcare workers do has been one of most disgusting, insulting lies we have been told.
Absurd.
Read later.
As we were leaving Walmart yesterday, I asked DH why, if face masks are critical in keeping doctors, nurses, etc., safe from WuFlu, they won’t work for us normal people. They have got us SO frickin’ buffaloed that we are inclined to believe them. It wouldn’t make sense to a sixth grader, yet here we are saying, “Dum dum dum, YUP, it will them them but it won’t protect me.”
Tucker’s closing statement last night was exactly the same thing — about the masks. Basically, “Government, STOP LYING TO US!” Here it is:

Actually it does take a little training to wear the masks right, and to take them off right.
But that stuff is right on Youtube.
