How can she use the Coronavirus as a legal precedent? nevermind that ...
this is addressed and SNAP waivers are expanded in H.R. 6201 - Families First Coronavirus Response Act - to include removing the work requirement.
Pres. Trump is probably going to sign this, though I wish he wouldn’t. Let Congress override the veto and own it.

Trump just needs to ignore these dictatorial judges. Tell them theyve worked themselves out of a job.

Yep! Definitely the clipped hair, glasses wearing mean woman look (thanks to Dr.Michael Savage for this very true stereotype of liberal women).

No disagreement here...The tragedy is the fact that there are millions of these morons. There is, however, one useful aspect to these zealots—they serve to fire up our base.

Especially now, as a global pandemic poses widespread health risks, guaranteeing that government officials at both the federal and state levels have flexibility to address the nutritional needs of residents and ensure their well-being through programs like SNAP, is essential, Howell wrote in her ruling, according to HuffPost, which first reported the injunction.

I thought she was a judge, not a legislator.

This is not a legal ruling - this is a policy decision. Our legal system is infested with judges who believe their views on policy should take precedence over those of the president and other elected representatives of the people.

Where is the law which allows this ruling?
Jail for judges who rule, based on anything but law.
