It is the court system that has created today’s homeless problem. They are the ones that have prevented cities from enforcing vagrancy laws. They are the ones that have prevented mentally ill people from being hospitalized or treated.

Wanna mitigate this mess? Cooperate with Trump enforcing immigration laws and build the wall to prevent drugs from entering the country. Reopen sanitariums for the mentally less fortunate who are sleeping in the streets with the druggies.

One of Rudy’s solutions in cleaning up New York City was putting the crazies in mental institutions. I’ve been told that CA progressives find mental institutions violate human rights. Instead, they’d prefer these people sleeping on a sidewalk in urine and feces. Libs just don’t get it.
