Anyone who watches and listens to President Trump knows he can talk coherently for long periods and doesn’t get tripped up while in ad lib or full extemporaneous mode.
While Senile Joe keeps forgetting where he is, what he’s running for and fumbles even planned statements or uses them in really awkward situations..like the “Lying, Dog-Faced Pony Soldier.” remark.
If anyone is losing it, it is Joe and Nancy that keep having them “senior moments”.
Yeah, but also a way to get ultra liberals like Biden to look moderate to the soccer moms.
