Since she was defending Obozocare as solicitor general, Kagan should have recused herself from that landmark case that Roberts screwed up, among other. But Thomas should have as well, given that his wife Virginia was active against the law.

So now Cuccinelli's a genuine subordinate, right? So he or Edlow can just issue the edicts again, and they'll be fine. So long, Obama judge.Great insight! Hope it turns out that way. Conservatives have to stop bowing to these rogue judges. Where are their armies?

“Its amazing how much damage Yale law school has done to our nation.”
I thought I was the only one who thought like that. I’ve felt for a long time that Yale and Harvard and most other Ivy League school alum have really messed up America.
If I were King for a day I’d yank all of their gov funding and then I’d appoint people, not only to judgeships, from all other schools, especially SEC, to gov positions. This would go a long way to draining the swamp and greatly reducing influence of the “elites”.
