As a professor of Law, Warren should have realized her claims of NA heritage could have easily been verified through the Baker and Dawes rolls. In fact, she could have applied for tribal recognition if her family appeared on either roll and once proven, submitted to their tests. If she thought it important enough to list herself as NA in her job applications, why didn’t she think it important enough to actually seek that verification?
