At an event, the wrong speech was cued-up on the prompter, and the idiot began to read it.
As far as I'm concerned, his 'eloquence' was way overstated. He was a barely-competent reader of the words in front of him on the screen, with his head swinging from side to said and that haughty, smug look on the soft tissue between his prodigious ears...
Bide's always been a moron, but he's clearly slipping into dementia, and frequently just rambles incoherently, without completing a cogent thought. How anybody can take this guy seriously is beyond me...
