Reports at the time of Seth Rich’s murder from a local Fox affiliate indicated that the FBI had recovered Rich’s laptop and found thousands of files had been transferred to Gary McFadden who was a WikiLeaks contact and associate. This was formulated in an FBI forensics report that is the target of a FOIA request from Judicial Watch that was posted on Friday. If there is no such data it should be fairly easy for the FBI to rebut this report by releasing the forensic report on Rich’s computer to the media. Don’t hold your breath.

Why would Russian state agents go to all the trouble and risk of hacking the DNC and then stupidly release it to WikiLeaks along with leaving amateur level breadcrumbs pointing to their guilt on the server? This is not consistent with professional tradecraft which is about using information to influence and control individuals using blackmail threats.

No, they’re not a Ukrainian operation. The owner of the company, however, is in Ukraine, as it was believed the serve is, which is why Trump asked Zelensky to look into Crowd Strike. You notice that Schiff misrepresented in his public statements that “Crowdstrike” was a “code word” among “right-wing extremists” for the conspiracy against Trump. Whether or not there is a physical server remains to be seen, and should be looked into, which is exactly why Schiff and company were so alarmed by Trump’s phone call. It certainly wasn’t to protect Biden, who has been completely destroyed by the public circus they generated. It was to keep him away from whatever secrets Crowdstrike has. They’re not alarmed by Giuliani’s investigations and witness statements. Him they just dismiss as a “thug”. Whatever real meat there is is with the CEO of Crowdstrike. Notwithstanding his paranoia about Russia, perhaps the final debunking of the Russia hoax is in taking this strange man and making him explain himself. Until then, Binny is being ignored by everyone, including Pomeio, whom I don’t think is at all a swamp dweller.

Not the right man in the FBI. It’s not a monolithic organization. There are cliques within it, some of which are swampy and some of which are not. You just have to know who’s kosher and who’s halal.

As I said, am no fan but their CTO alperovitch is a Russian born us citizen, Kurtz (ceo) is not Ukrainian or in Ukraine

I’m not a fan of these guys at all and think they definitely were heavily involved in this Russia hoax, however I just think it’s very important to be accurate about all the facts as an incorrect statement here and there is often used to discredit an entire argument
