Well, an honorable prosecutor who thought he had a righteous prosecution would have bounced the wench because her presence on the jury would have risked a guilty verdict being tossed.
Didn’t she illegally give Clinton the debate questions ?

Well, an honorable prosecutor who thought he had a righteous prosecution would have bounced the wench because her presence on the jury would have risked a guilty verdict being tossed.
Apparently there were 4 prosecutors in this massive miss trial, and none of the 4 did their duty to insure a fair trial.
If only Stone’s defense team had had the chance to question and exclude potential jurors...
What is the purpose of a voir dire?
French for “to speak the truth.” The process through which potential jurors from the venire are questioned by either the judge or a lawyer to determine their suitability for jury service.
Also, the preliminary questioning of witnesses (especially experts) to determine their competence to testify.
Yeah is looks dirty as hell, but what responsibility does his defense attourney have for not eliminating this juror during voir dire or not screaming bloody murder? Why are we hearing about this now?
