Doubt it works.

It can work because its illegal. To start with its a violation of the Hatch Act. Its also a violation of civil service laws witch have ample protections against this kind of thing.

Any federal employee who was terminated under such circumstances would be reinstated and receive a large cash settlement.

Federal employees can only be removed for cause.

She would know this if she had an once of knowledge, but I suspect she does and is just pulling monkeys out of her butt.

“if elected, she would “weed out” the pro-life employees”

Yet when Pres. Trump fires a deep stater for leaking classified info or publicly opposing his policies, she and all the other howling Democrats and Lame Street Media types denounce him as holding a purge.

She thinks she would make decisions disregarding federal civil service LAWS that regulate the hiring and firing of federal employees.

Warren (just look at the structure of the CFPB) would be the most dictatorial president ever.

Trump is draining the NSC swamp of Obama holdovers by reducing the size of the NSC staff, yet those being taken out of the NSC staff who came from positions in other federal offices (DOD, State, CIA, DHS, ect) are returning to their former agencies and not being “fired” from the federal government. The reason for that is how the civil service laws have been written to protect the bureaucracy OVER the elected government.

Everything out of this -itches mouth is like a dictator. She seems to forget you cannot fire someone for their religious beliegs; not can the president do many of the things she says she will do by decree — she woud need Congressional action. But then much of what you hear from all the Dem candidates is how they will do unilateral action — ie. dictator action.

That would violate the civil service act.
