Legally, nothing may happen.
However, politically is another story. Pelosi just wrote the script for some really great Pubbie ads. And... maybe it’s changed / the Dem bots have been directed over to C-Span’s page covering the SOTU, but I checked twice and the comments were, as another poster here put it, about 99 to 1 condemning Pelosi.
Then, she doubles down & says she tore up her copy because she couldn’t find one page with any truth on it? Lots of angles on that, the best being if (admittedly an if) just one of POTUS’ guests besides Rush rips Pelosi’s lungs out. Figuratively speaking, of course.
