“It’s not the people who vote that count, it’s the people who count the votes.”

Bloomberg may sound persuasive to power brokers but he will be burnt toast in any major state primary.
Astroturfing (media campaigns without grass roots support) has never worked yet in either party.
In addition the guy is very unappealing in every possible way—to everyone!

I would suggest this....this puts the 3 March California primary in an interesting situation. Bernie probably can win it now. Joe, I don’t think....can even take 2nd place.
It’s always the people who are going to save the world who can’t get their own stuff in order.
Coincidentally Pelosi used the same reason for waiting a month to deliver Huse impeachment articles to the Senate.
Dems united for "quality"........kinda gives confidence to the electorate (sob).
"A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE IOWA CAUCUS DEBACLE UP CLOSE:
Iowas Republican and Democratic Parties and their app and web development vendors partnered last fall with
(cough) Harvards "Defending Digital Democracy Project" to develop strategies and systems to protect results and deal with misinformation.
The group included party "campaign experts" Robby Mook and Matt Rhodes,
and experts in (A) cybersecurity, (B) national security, (C) technology and (D) election administration.
Fortuitously, the group simulated different ways "things could go wrong" on caucus night. (cue maniacal laugh machine here).
Mook is 2016 campaign manager for Hillary Clinton, and Rhodes is Mitt Romneys 2012 campaign manager.
Out of sheer public-spiritededness, they helped develop a video to alert campaigns to warning signs of hacking and misinformation.
Yeah, sure ......but Joe didnt perform as good as Hunter did when his son was tight with a stripper......
Democrat orchestrated “mess-up” got the desired result of denying Bernie his rightful victory lap. Something the DNC absolutely could not let happen.
Evidence:
1. Snafu which kept the glorious last day poll from being released.
2. Snafu which kept the results of the vote hidden.
So obvious, but CNN/MSNBC/NPR/PBS/NBC/CBS/ABC/WP/NYT has to pretend otherwise.
In the end, this screw-up is all for Biden’s benefit, either deliberately, or by luck. He clearly came in 4th place, and might not have hit 15% for a statewide total, although he clearly would end up with a few delegates, and there were only 41 total delegates, so the results were not important as the impression.
ANd with the results delayed, the impression is lost. We will get no stories about Biden tanking in Iowa, that might spook donors and supporters into looking for another candidate.
ANd with Biden already slated to be crushed in New Hampshire, he has time to try to pull off a big SC win.
Frankly, I am not sure he can survive anyway, simply because it seems clear he is losing it, he’s being led around, and he says stupid things all the time now. (Although his speech last night was actually coherent).
