Good point.
Though I wouldn’t call that wimping out as much as change of priority for the dems, a change that Bernie I’m sure agrees with.
Because what it means is: give foreigners the vote in US elections.
That is now the top priority for ALL dems.
Bernie hasn’t wimped out on this... he’s stabbed Americans in the back with this, all Americans, including poor Americans, but for the “greater good” of locking out Republicans from any possibility of elected office.

Biden is very lucky that Warren is such an arrogant idiot. All she is doing right now is ensuring Biden gets the nomination.

What they are really worried about with Bernie is that their Wall Street and corporate lackeys are going to shut their checkbooks.
Past Democrats have always mouthed platitudes about socialism while cutting sweet behind-the-scenes deals with EEEEEEVIL Capitalists.
But when Bernie talks about going socialist you get the distinct impression he really means it.

I don’t think Biden gets the nomination.
His senility, handsiness, and corruption are making that more of a high-risk proposition by the day. I think Dem power brokers have been scared off.

...Sanders' base hasn't forgotten how the Democratic National Committee rigged the nomination for Hillary Clinton last time. I don't agree with Bernie's socialism but young democrats are attempting to take on corrupt 'elites' in the democrat party. That's a good thing. A few years ago that's what we did - worked to rid our party of the RINO's and 'Cheap Labor Express' jerks in our party.
I wish Bernie's supporters well...
That said, the MSM/press will stand with establishment democrats like Hillary and Bill and Bernie's supporters will probably fail.

The title says he chartered to jet. It doesn’t say that he owns the jet. Isn’t is the same thing as when a club charters a bus for it’s members to travel to a certain location?

Yes, if he owned a jet he would not have to charter one.

I’m quite positive that Hillary’s network could take him off the table. (and the surface of the Earth)

All the important committees at the DN Convention have just been given to Hillary supporters.
This makes it crystal clear that Hillary intends to skip the primary season, then take the nomination by acclimation, after neither Biden nor Bernie gets enough to win the first ballot.
That is, without even playing the game she is going to take the pot.
The only question will be what the Trump campaign will do about it. They really should prepare for and do something.

It will only end two ways:
1) Breadline Bernie will somehow, some way, secure the DNC nomination, and face President Trump in the general election. He will bring his small army of BernieBots who will vote in lockstep for their wild eyed Bolshevik Baby. A good portion of the rest of the DNC, Democrats, Liberals, "Independents," communists, and fringe-dwellers will either hold their noses and vote for Not-Trump, or stay home. President Trump wins.
2) Breadline Bernie sells out (made to appear that the nomination was "stolen" from him). Again. For money, power and property. Again. His BernieBots erupt, foaming-at-the-mouth rage, riot, cry, weep, wander aimlessly asking why why why Bernie? His minions, about 20% or so of the Democrat plantation, will hang in the balance. Breadline Bernie will then implore his Bots to throw their votes to whichever battered survivor comes out of that process. Again. He'll take his money and power and property, and disappear for another 4 years, til it's time for him to cash his check.
President Trump still wins.

I’m guessing the Democrat Establishment will try to do to Bernie what they’ve tried to do to Trump.
Democrats will make up lies about Bernie - then demand destructive investigations ...
The democrat Establishment owns the press so the press will go along with stories made up about Bernie and they’ll help turn people against him. Bernie’s toast.
